• Impersonating someone including but not limited to, management, asst management, moderators or members.
• Disrupt the normal flow of a forum topic or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants.
• Post or PM (personal message) any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation.
• Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the forums or in connection with your use of Dark-Media in any manner.
• Invade the privacy or violate any personal or proprietary right of any person or entity.
• You and any user of your "username" must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content.
• Dark-Media allows swearing to a point but do not abuse the privilege this is a fair community keep it clean.
• Content that you submit including but not limited to; text, images, files etc, is your own responsibility Dark-Media nor Staff take responsibility.

Dark-Media shall have the right, but not the responsibility, to remove content that is deemed in Dark-Media's sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of this agreement or any rules that Dark-Media has in place at the time. We may elect at sole discretion to monitor some, all, or no areas of Dark-Media for adherence to this agreement or to Dark-Media's rules.

Dark-Media may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, including, but not limited to, any forums on this site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. In the event this agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding materials appearing on the site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement will survive termination.
