Although the administrators and moderators of Dark-Media Forums will attempt to remove all objectionable messages from this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and the staff of Dark-Media will not be held responsible for the content of any message.

The Dark-Media Forums are a private forum system owned and operated by Dark-Media. Access is provided to the general public under restricted conditions. The Forum Administrators and Dark-Media reserve the right to deny, terminate or suspend your access to this system, without warning or notice, for any suitable reason that we may not disclose.

Please be reminded that by joining the Dark-Media Community and becoming a member of the Dark-Media Forums, you agree not to use the Dark-Media Forums to post any material that is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, defamatory, threatening, invasive of personal privacy or otherwise in violation of any law in the state of Tasmania, and the laws of the country of Australia.

By becoming a member, you agreed that the contents of all messages are the responsibility of the individual message poster. You therefore agree not to hold Dark-Media or any other entity associated with Dark-Media responsible or liable in any way for damages of any kind relating to the content of any message on the Dark-Media Forums. To the maximum extent permitted by law you have waived all rights to make any claims against Dark-Media and any other entity associated with the Forums.

Additionally, you agree not to post any copyrighted material that unless the copyright on the material is owned by you, the original poster. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agreed to indemnify and hold Dark-Media harmless from any and all damages due to claim arising or related to your access or use of this site.

Please observe the following rules when using the Dark-Media Forums:

• One forum account per user. Accounts believed to be acting as Sock Puppets for another user will be banned, along with the parent account.
  
• Spam of any kind is not permitted - this includes mass-posting, or excessively promoting your website or business in a manner that we deem, at our discretion, to be unprofessional.
  
• Adult content of any kind is not permitted. This can be defined as unacceptable or otherwise vulgar conversation that may consist of swearing and other language deemed by the Forum Administrators to be 'offensive'.
  
• Referral/affiliate schemes, other than those authorised by Dark-Media, are not permitted, and links containing referral or affiliate identifiers must not be posted.
  
• Illegal content of any kind is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, discussion on copyright infringement, bypassing copy protections, discussion of acts which may breach ISP/Telephony AUPs, etc.
  
• The use of foul language is considered unacceptable conduct.
  
• Trolling is not permitted in any circumstance.
  
• Racism, Sexism and Religious Intolerance are also considered unacceptable, and will not be permitted.
  

Breaching any of the above rules will attract a zero tolerance response from the Dark-Media Staff, which may or may not include:

• Removal of posts and threads
  
• Suspension of your forum access rights
  
• Removal of site access
  
• Denial of entry to future Dark-Media Events
