Windows Vista Restart Problem-WHEA Logger Windows Vista freezes then Restart almost straight away...

Hi, my laptop (Asus x55sv) has been running fine until lately... the only big program I have installed is Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and it off siders (Encore CS4 etc.)
What happens is... I’ll be using the net, encoding videos, ripping DVDs, playing games etc and the whole laptop freezes, sometimes the screen will go fuzzy... then it just restarts no error messages nothing. It then boots up fine logs on fine no dramas until it does it again.
the past few days i've been trying to encode a movie in premiere using adobe media encoder cs4 and it does take about 4 hours but the 5 times I have tried to do it I come back to check on it to find it on the logon screen... it has restarted. I haven’t been running any programs other than bit torrent and avg 8...
The only way that I can trace the error is through the error logs which is where I found the WHEA logger error... the full details are below... I have also exported the error in an attached xml file... any help would be appreciated heaps... I don’t want to lose all my data!!!

Right click My computer, Properites, Advanced, Startup and recovery. Turn off Automatic Restart on system failiure. Get back to us with the BSOD Info.
Obviously software conflicting there somewhere

Hi thanks, but Ive already unchecked auto restart... there is no BSOD, just the error from the event log that i gave you... all that happens is the computer completely freezes for about 3-4 seconds and then just reboots...no error BSOD nothing....It just happened again... was encoding a movie from avi to mp4 using any video converter....

could be faulty RAM or your RAM has just died... quite possible.

Agreed with FW. Run a few ram tests mate. either that or run some intense testing on your CPU. as thats whats getting slammed the most during encoding

Hey it is joker here... I'm using my bros account...
That is strange that my RAM would of died,the whole laptop is only 8 months old... Could you recomend a program to test this or my cpu?
