well, i figured i might as well put my new ride up in here, havnt been on in a while lol

i recently bought a 1992 Nissan Silvia Q's
at the moment it is stock as a rock, automatic sr20de with front end damage

This is when i first went to pick it up, as it turned out had no front end lol, so i had to leave it til the next weekend:

went up with mum and dad to get it ready to drive back:

Funz said the nelly look is in:

Got it to sassafrass and in true Tiso style, broke down :P from the impact in the crash b4 i bought it, it had put a hole in the radiator header tank, but the bracket was holding it in place, so you didnt see it util it built up the pressure and pushed it out :P so did some macgiver spec quick steel fix on the tank:

Posted Image

let it set, but no go, it was a fail so i ended up coming home with forced induction:

Posted Image

thats right, my tow truck was turboed :P

so here it is at home, dad and i are pulling the radiator support straight this weekend, i got new bonnet and both front guards for $200 will chuck them on an get it registered, then around tax time will start looking for a manual sr20det halfcut :)

Le gasp!

TISO!

Looks wicked. When you get a kit for it, don't get one of those huge ugly rear bars you always see on S13's.

And paint it blaaack.

Got it from Dev remer :)

Fabian! its getting a dmax type 3 kit and will be gun metal grey :)

Posted Image

this is the kit, the skirts shouldnt look so... pointy/noticeable in the gunmetal grey (i hope lol)

and im tossing up whether to chuck the widebody guards on it...

since i wrote up that first post (copy pasta off garagetas lol) i've straightened out the majority of the front end, just one more thing to fix (if you cant fix it with a hammer its electrical) and i can put it back together to register so i can drive it to places for quotes on paint :P

Which made more power and was faster than your automatic prelude with ricey tail lights and dual canons.

Besides, I don't have the saab anymore.

Nice work.

I suppose it needs to pass inspection, and all that stuff?

Kit looks good. As long as there is a nice fat FMIC to fill in the gap!

And the reason for loosing it again?
Might want to look into why you loose ya licence all the time instead of thinking about what you should do next to the car lol
you could spend all that money, time and love then get caught hooning and you can wave good bye as they tow it away :P

just some advice mate, that is all.
