Hey All

I thought I'd revive the University discussion started last year. Anyone beginning or returning to uni? and If so, what will you be doing?

I'll be heading into the third year of my combined bachelor of computing and information systems. Essentially, I'm hoping to secure the marks I need to enter honors when I finish. I'll also be spending my time on running more student study sessions while implementing new ideas from the mainland forum I attended last year.

How about you guys?

This is my first year, as I took a gap year in 09,. I'm aiming for a combined bachelor in English and History, and I'm also doing Journalism and Sociology in my first year.

Just a quick question, is it possible to set-up Thunderbird/Outlook as a client for Webmail?

Good stuff rjwise, I enjoyed the Arts faculty when I studied over there :).

I've heard that it is possible to use third party email clients, such as outlook, but I've never actually seen it done. You can visit the IT helpdesk at the Morris Miller Library but when I worked there it wasn't the kind of thing we usually dealt with. Still worth a try though.
